Should you wish to change anything about your subscription, please send an email to support@mycognition.com.


Your email must include:

  • Be sent from the account that bought the plan
  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • The last 4-digits of the card used

If you do not have access to the email account that created the MyCognition account, then please explain this in your email and we will ask additional security questions in our reply.
