First you will need to take MyCQ, our cognitive health assessment. This will provide you with a baseline score for your brain health and automatically personalise your cognitive training.

 

Based on our clinical studies, in order to receive maximum benefit from training, we recommend 90-minutes of gameplay per week. The training timer resets every Sunday at midnight (GMT).

 

Training time is captured during underwater play only.

 

MyCQ can be used to monitor your progress.

 

In order to see improvement, you should retake MyCQ after the first 4-weeks of gameplay. You can then retest your self every 2-3 months thereafter.
